Our safety first dedication
Our commitment to quality performance extends to the emphasis we place on achieving a zero-injury and zero-accident workplace for all employees. Our number-one priority on the job is safety. Our 4 major actions
1. Managerial Commitment
All managers are trained in Health and Safety leadership and demonstrate exemplarity in monthly site visits.
3. Produce safely
Prepare worksite processes at the design stage and review workstation ergonomics. Identify risks and treat them on site.
2. Training & on-boarding
Everyone must complete training and on-boarding related to their job specificities.
4. Root cause analysis
A learning culture is developed at all levels. The sharing of successes and failures is an essential condition for success. Every severe accident and HIPO is subject to a root cause analysis.
